Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vectran-Corporation DSR 3024 / 2500106 REV C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vickers product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the S801N66P3B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23CTASA571AW manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DG5S86NMNB20 by Manufacturer Vickers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Veritron Brand HELP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Veeder-Root such as 744386211 equipment made by Veeder-Root have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veeder-Root products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veeder-Root" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 280000752 made by Ventek as well as the popular 931957 original spares produced by Vee-Arc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1012501ISS02 by Vg-Scientific and 744386211 spares by Veeder-Root are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 931891 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vee-Arc.
